And the survivors\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.3333333333;\">were all led to believe, every time, that THIS one, was the fix. I could be off-base here, but I can&#8217;t recall any other workforce that has had to live with such\u00a0<a title=\"CBC appropriation history\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10203579002341050&amp;set=a.1107208525822.18857.1395070942&amp;type=1&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\">uncertainty<\/a>\u00a0for so long.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The fix hasn&#8217;t happened. And it isn&#8217;t all about cuts in funding, it is at least in part about a serious flaw in the culture at the top. Of losing its religion.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s ahead? \u00a0The impact on the workforce, living with the\u00a0axe constantly swinging. Retirees with a more intimate knowledge\u00a0of the inner-workings at the top.<br \/>\nLet&#8217;s discuss this.
